橡塑保溫板/管(FEF)歐盟CE認證–EN14304認證產(chǎn)品范圍

EN14304歐洲標準規(guī)定了工廠制造的柔性彈性泡沫產(chǎn)品的要求，這些產(chǎn)品用于工作溫度在-200℃至+175℃范圍內(nèi)的建筑設(shè)備和工業(yè)裝置的隔熱。注：在-50°C的工作溫度下，應(yīng)進行產(chǎn)品在預(yù)期應(yīng)用中的適用性試驗。在任何情況下都應(yīng)注意制造商的建議。

產(chǎn)品以薄板、管、卷和膠帶的形式制造，有或沒有涂層和自粘背襯和/或不同的封閉系統(tǒng)。

EN14304標準涵蓋的產(chǎn)品也用于預(yù)制隔熱系統(tǒng)和復(fù)合材料面板；不包括包含這些產(chǎn)品的系統(tǒng)的性能。

This European Standard specifies the requirements for factory made flexible elastomeric foam products which are used for the thermal insulation of building equipment and industrial installations with an operating temperature in the range of approximately - 200 °C to + 175 °C.

Below an operating temperature of - 50 °C, tests regarding the suitability of the products in the intended application should be performed. Manufacturer's advice should be heeded in all cases.

橡塑保溫板/管(FEF)歐盟CE認證–EN14304認證體系及強制時間

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，柔性橡膠發(fā)泡材料需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準，柔性橡膠發(fā)泡材料需符合協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 14304
4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 14304進行測試評估，歐盟公告認證機構(gòu)根據(jù)認證體系3進行測試認證
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測試報告和證書
6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機構(gòu)編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
